基于校企合作平台的高职院校特色校园文化建设

摘　　要：为培养高职院校品牌,培育市场需求的人才,深化高职教育改革,将行业文化、企业文化引入高职院校校园文化建设中来势在必行。具体而言,应引入的行业、企业文化至少包括行业、企业、职业精神文化和管理文化。为此,要搭建好校园文化建设平台,强化相关的制度建设,紧抓校企合作的宝贵契机,建设基于校企合作平台的高职院校特色校园文化。It is essential and urgent for higher vocational colleges to introduce industrial culture and enterprise culture into their campus culture construction in order to establish their own brand, foster talents that can meet the demand of the market and deepen higher vocational education reform. Specifically speaking, the industrial and enterprise culture should include the spiritual as well as management culture of industry, enterprise and vocation. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should build up a platform for campus culture construction, strengthen relevant policy construction, seize the precious opportunity of school-enterprise cooperation and construct characterized campus culture in the colleges based on school-enterprise cooperation olatform.
