摘 要:应对方式与自我价值感是心理健康研究和实践中两个重要的问题。为了进一步探讨二者之间的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供更为系统科学的理论依据,特采用简易应对方式问卷和自我价值感量表对贵州省六所高校的600名在校大学生进行调查。结果表明:大学生倾向于使用消极应对方式;应对方式与自我价值感呈显著性相关;应对方式各维度进入了自我价值感回归方程,应对方式对自我价值感各维度有显著的预测效应。这些结果提示了各高校应注重向大学生开展适当的应对方式训练,增强大学生的自我调节能力,进而提升其自我价值感。Coping style and self worth are important in mental health research and practice. In order to further explore the relationship between them, to provide more theoretical basis of system science for the education of psycho logical health of college students, especially simple coping style and the self worth scale, this paper investigates o ver 600 undergraduates of six colleges and universities in Guizhou province. The results show that college students tend to use negative coping style; coping style was significantly associated with self esteem; each dimension of cop ing style is involved in the self worth of the regression equation and the coping style has significant predictable effects on selfworth dimensions. These results suggest that mental health education should be carried out in appro priate ways to let students learn self regulation, and enhance their sense of self worth.
