摘  要:作为高校教师队伍的主体,高校青年教师专业发展与高等院校持续改进息息相关。基于产出的教育问责之下,高校青年教师的自主性受到约束,为满足表现指标而奔波,被规训为"技术工人"。亦有部分教师积极顺应规则,在夹缝中寻找自主空间,实现再专业化。为了突破当前的学术困境,高校需要为青年教师提供宽松的制度环境,激发其能动性,促其专业发展。Universities in China have a large proportion of young teachers whose professional development has great influence on the process of university continuous improvement.Under output-based educational accountability, young teachers' professional autonomy is increasingly restrained.They rush to meet performance indicators, and then are disciplined as replaceable technicians.A limited number of teachers actively comply with the rules, search for professional space in the cracks, and undergo a process of "re-professionalization".In order to response to current academic dilemma,universities should provide a safe and healthy working environment for young teachers, and stimulate their initiatives to enhance professional development.
