鱼油亚麻籽油对高脂血症性骨质疏松大鼠血脂及骨密度、骨钙含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究鱼油亚麻籽油对高脂血症性骨质疏松大鼠血脂、骨密度及骨钙含量的的影响。方法:高血脂症性骨质疏松模型通过脂肪乳剂灌胃建立,50只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、鱼油组、亚麻籽油组、及鱼油亚麻籽油组,各组分别灌胃干预,每天1次,连续30d后,观察各组高脂血症性骨质疏松大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)及骨密度、骨钙的含量。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组TC、TG明显升高、HDL-C降低(P<0.01),骨密度下降(P<0.05),骨钙含量降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,鱼油组、亚麻籽油组及鱼油亚麻籽油组TC、TG明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05),骨密度、骨钙含量均增加(P<0.05),鱼油亚麻籽油组对上述指标的改善优于鱼油组和亚麻籽油组。结论:鱼油亚麻籽油对大鼠高脂血症性骨质疏松具有一定的防治作用。Objective：To study the effect of fish oil and flaxseed oil on the serum lipids, bone mineral density, and bone calcium content in osteoporosis rats with hyperlipemia. Methods： The model rats with hyperlipemia-induced osteoporosis were established by intralipid perfusion. Fifty rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, fish oil group, flaxseed oil group and blended with fish oil and flaxseed oil group. High fat emulsion lavage was given to all rats except normal control groups. The rats were subjected to gastric perfusion once a day. The levels of blood serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, bone mineral density, and bone calcium content were determined 30 days after treatment. Results：Compared with normal control group, the serum content of TC and TG in model group were increased significantly, and the HDL-C content, the bone mineral density, and the bone calcium content were decreased significantly （P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Compared with model group, the serum content of TC and TG in fish oil group, flaxseed oil group, and blended oil group were decreased significantly, and the HDL-C con tent, bone mineral density, and bone calcium were increased significantly respectively （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The change of TC, TG, HDL-C, bone mineral density, and bone calcium in blended oil group were greater than fish oil group and flaxseed oil group. Conclusion：Blended with fish oil and flaxseed oil have preventive and therapeutic effect on rats with hyperlipemia-induced osteoporosis.
