医科大学生综合素质追踪分析

摘　　要：目的调查医科大学生综合素质并进行追踪分析,了解素质教育的效果。方法应用已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,对某医科大学新生每隔半年1次,连续进行3次综合素质测查。结果在跨越1年的3次素质评估中,医科大学生的综合素质总分和6个分项素质(思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、身体素质、基本能力素质)均发生了变化(F=190.201,299.550,407.888,110.592,21.013,40.353,539.046;P均<0.001)。结论医科大学生在校期间综合素质不断提高,医科大学开展的素质教育是有效的,开展时间越久,效果越明显。今后的素质教育要针对发展状况欠佳的素质,不断进行调整和优化。Objective To survey and continually analyze comprehensive qualities of medical undergraduates. Methods Based on the established comprehensive quality index system ,we surveyed on all freshmen of a medical university to observe continuously the changes every 6 months. Results In the three surveys in the one year,the general quality and six subitems （idea and morality diathesis ,science and culture diathesis,specialty diathesis,mentality diathesis ,corporeity diathesis and basic abilities diathesis）were all different（F= 190. 201,299. 550,407. 888,110. 592,21. 013,40. 353,539. 046,P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The comprehensive qualities of medical undergraduates become better and better on campus and the quality education is effective. Quality education should be adjusted in future according to the poor qualities of undergraduates.
