摘  要:2012年2月15日,美国联邦教育部宣布启动"尊重项目",该项目是以教师职业专业化提升为主要目的的教学改进项目,项目提出了7个维度的教师职业发展愿景框架:建立一种责任感和领导权共享的文化;吸引顶尖人才,并为其成功做准备;实现教师和领导持续的成长和职业的发展;支持教师和校长专业成长的有效评价系统;创建薪酬丰厚的职业生涯连续体;为教学和学习成功创造条件;发展共同参与的社区。该项目希望通过教师教学技巧和专业能力的提升使教师成为最受尊敬的职业,最终实现美国教育质量的提高。该项目存在着显著的特色,但也有其不足,我国的教师专业发展可以从其特色方面着眼,在资金投入、赋予教师自主权以及融合有效资源等方面进行探索。The US Department of Education initiates "RESPECT" program on February 15,2012,which aims at promoting the teaching profession.It contains seven critical components,such as a culture of shared responsibility and leadership,attracting top talents and making preparation for their success,continuous growth and professional development,effective teachers and principals,a professional career continuum with competitive compensation,conditions for successful teaching and learning,engaged communities.The program hopes that the promoting of teaching skills and professional abilities can bring respect to teachers,and then,achieve the high quality education.Although there are remarkable characteristics in the program,it is of some shortages.We should learn something from its characteristics,and explore the following aspects such as fund input,granting teachers more autonomy and integrating effective resources to enhance teacher professional development in China.
