基 金:宁波市基础教育改革研究基地课题"小班化教育研究"的阶段性成果
摘 要:小班化教育有其固有的内涵特质和要求。推行小班化教育面临诸多现实问题和挑战,如何突破这些难题成为推进小班化教育的关键。实施小班化教育面临的首要问题是转变效益观念,树立质量优先观。另外,可以通过大班和小班共融来缓解经费紧张问题,通过加强小班化教育教师培训来转变教师教育理念和增强教学能力。Small-class education has its innate characters and demands. Certain realistic problems and challenges face the implementation of small-class education. The primary issue is to replace the concept of efficiency that educators currently hold by the notion that quality goes first. To deal with financial problems, large class and small class could co-exist. And strengthened small-class teacher training could help to transform teachers' educational idea and consolidate their teaching competence.
