摘　　要：战后日本迅速崛起得益于其高质量的教育、高水平的教师培养出的高质量的人才,教师职后研修对日本教师培养发挥了重要作用。二战后特别是日本第三次教育改革以来,其教师研修经过不断发展和完善,已处于世界领先水平,形成了完善的研修体系,值得各国研究和借鉴。The rise of Japan results from high-quality education since the world warⅡ, and the in-post trainings of teachers play an important role. Especially since the third education reform, the Japanese edu-cation has reached an international stature.
