减肥食品用高纯钠基膨润土制备研究

摘　　要：近年来,高纯钠基膨润土被日本等国家应用于生产减肥食品,因其具有高膨胀性,食用后产生饱腹感,从而可减少其他食物的摄入量。本研究以山东潍坊钙基膨润土为研究对象,对其进行原料分析,以其为主要原料制备减肥食品用膨润土并检验其膨胀容。结果表明:潍坊钙基膨润土改型后经二次提纯可获得高品质的减肥食品用高纯膨润土,所制备的膨润土具有高的膨胀容,符合蒙脱石国家药品质量安全标准要求。These years Na-bentonite with high purity has been used to product diet food by many counties such as Japan. Na-bentonite has the characteristic of high expansibility which makes people feel too satiety after eating to intake other food. In this study, the object is the Ca-bentonite in Weifang Shandong province. It was analysed and used as raw material to make for the kind of bentonite especially for diet food and then the expansion capacity of this kind of bentonite was tested. The results indicate that the Ca-bentonite in our study can be changed and extracted for second time to get bentonite for diet food with high quality and purity, and the new bentonite has so high expansion capacity that it can meet the requirement of the national drug quality and safety standard for montmorillonite.
