摘 要:研究了地桃花提取物的体外抗氧化活性,筛选有效的活性部位。通过对地桃花水提取物的醇沉,聚酰胺树脂和D101大孔树脂分别分离纯化,制备得到了7个部位样品。以抗坏血酸(VC)为阳性对照,通过考察各部位的还原Fe3+的能力,清除羟基自由基(·OH)和二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·),抑制油脂氧化的能力,来评价地桃花水提取物不同部位的抗氧化能力。结果表明,地桃花的各部位都有一定的抗氧化能力,但抗氧化活性都弱于抗坏血酸。过聚酰胺树脂柱的20%乙醇部位(Ⅱ)及40%乙醇部位(Ⅳ)抗氧化能力明显比没有过柱之前的水提醇沉部位强,且过聚酰胺树脂柱的各部位活性比过大孔树脂部位抗氧化活性强。结论为聚酰胺,大孔树脂分离纯化等步骤能富集更多的抗氧化成分。The crude extract of Urena lobata L. was obtained by reflux of water and then 7 fractions were prepared by polyamide resin, D 101 macroporous resin separation successively. Compared with the ascorbic acid, antioxidant activities of these fractions were evaluated in vitro including reducing Fe3+, scavenging DPPH' flee radical and hydroxyl free radical, and inhibiting peroxide oxidation of peanut oil. All fractions were found to have antioxidant activities but weaker than ascorbic acid. Furthermore, the data gened showed that 20% ethanolic elution of water extract by polyamide resin (Ⅲ) and 40% ethanolic elution of water extract by polyamide resin ( I ) had better antioxidant activity obviously than crude extract, but slightly weaker than ascorbic acid. The antioxidant activities of all polyamide resin parts are more potent than those of all macroporous resin parts. It indicated that polyamide resin and macropomus resin separation could enrich more antioxidant contents.
