摘　　要：山羊奶营养价值非常高,以脂肪球细小和乳糖含量较牛奶低而受到消费者的青睐。目前国内外山羊奶开发出的产品种类多样,涉及到食品、保健品、化妆品等行业,通过研究山羊奶的产品开发现状,以期说明山羊奶的开发应用前景,并指出阻碍我国山羊奶产业发展的主要因素。Goat milk is the favor of consumers for its high nutrional value and the smaller fat globule and tower tactose content than milk. Currently, the diverse kinds of products made from goat milk are related to food, healthcare products, cosmetics and other industries all over the world. This paper introduces the present development situation of goat milk products to aim to illustrate the development prospects of goat milk, and points out the main factors that hinder the development of goat milk industry in china.
