摘　　要：提升食品检验员的创新能力,把自觉培养食品检验员自身创新素质作为切入点,做新产品试制、食品加工工艺和检验方法的改进和创新的参与者,从而为食品企业的技术创新发挥应有的作用。To improve the food inspector＇s innovation ability, taking his innovative quality as a starting point, he should be the participant of the trail of the new products, the improvement of food processing technology, so as to play an effective role in technical innovation of food enterprise.
