摘　　要：职业院校实践教学不仅包括学校内部的实验、实训教学,同时也包括学生在社会、企业的实习、实践教学,只有这样才能培养出社会、企业需要的应用型人才。也就是说,职业教育实践教学质量管理体系不仅来源于学校内部的质量管理,同样也应该来源于学校外部的如政府、社会甚至企业的管理即实践教学外部质量管理。建立实践教学外部质量管理体系对促进实践教学活动的开展,提高学校实践教学质量,保证职业院校内涵建设至关重要。Practical teaching system in vocational colleges includes the experiment and the practical training teaching in campus, and also includes the internship and practical teaching in society and company. Only in the above way, applied talents meeting demands of society and company can be cultivated. That is to say that practical teaching quality management system in vocational education is not only from the school, but also from the quality management out of the school, such as government, society and company, which is called the off-campus practical teaching quality management. Establishing the of-campus practical teaching quality management system is essential to promote the practical teaching, improve the practical teaching quality, and ensure the connotation construction in vocational colleges.
