摘　　要：随着新课改的开发和实施,学校体育对教学手段和教材教法的多样化要求也愈加需求,不仅需求体育教师人文素质和技能掌握的不断提升,还需加强我国学校体育教师的管理体系和流动制度的宏观调控。再根据校本课程下教学内容、目标、模式的合理实施及体育教学资源可持续发展的利用,来解决师资队伍体系和教学技能提升对于学校体育教学改革过程中带来的困惑。As the development and implementation of new curriculum reform, school sports for the diversification of teaching means and teaching requirements are also more and more. The demand is not only physical education teachers to improve the humanistic qualities and skills to master, but also needs to strengthen our school sports teacher＇ s management system and the macroeconomic regulation and control of the flow system. According to teaching content, goal, mode of school - based curriculum, the reasonable implementation and utilization for sus- tainable development of sports teaching resources, the problem for system of teaching staff and teaching skills up- ~＇adin~ in the process of school ohvsical education teaching reform is solved.
