摘　　要：现代远程教育是形成学习型社会的重要手段和有效途径,社区教育是构建终身教育体系、形成学习型社会的切入点和基本载体。为了更好地服务社区教育,将电大的现代远程教育手段应用于社区教育,对构建终身教育体系和形成学习型社会具有积极的作用。Modern distance education is the important method and effective way of forming learning society. Community education is the breakthrough point and basic carrier of constructing lifelong education system and forming learning society. In order to serve community education better, the means of modern distance education of open university is proposed to apply to community education, which can play an active role ;.n constructing lifelong education system and forming learning society.
