摘　　要：精品视频公开课采用单一视频形式传播教育内容,在我国的发展尚处在起步阶段。论文从基本情况、教学活动和制作技术3个方面12个具体观测点对中外网络公开课教学录像进行调查研究,并在比较分析的基础上对精品视频公开课建设进行了思考,以期在后续建设中适时转变选题类型,增强共享,突出课程教学设计,组建专业团队,建立支持服务体系,让精品视频公开课获得更广泛的社会认可。Top-quality video open courses using a single video form to disseminate the education content, it is still in its initial stage in our country. In this paper, we investigated three kinds of network course teaching video through the basic situation, the teaching activity and the production technology of 12 specific observation points, and reflect the construction of top-quality video open courses based on comparative and analysis. In order to change the topic types timely, enhance the sharing, outstanding teaching design, establish professional team, build support service system in subsequent construction, let the Top-quality video open courses obtain social recognition more widely.
