摘　　要：为研究和改善当代大学生学习动力不足的现状,在传统教育学、教育心理学的基础上,创造性地提出了大学生学习动力模型,并立足于高职高专学生实际,着重研究高职学生学习动力问题,通过3个梯次的样本调查的方式,经有效的数据统计分析,探析高职学生学习动力来源。Considering college students＇ lack of learning motivation, on the basis of traditional pedagogy and pedagogical psychology, this paper innovatively proposes a model of students＇ learning motivation. Then, according to the present situation, it focuses on problems of learning motivation and analyzes the sources of students＇ learning motivation by three sample surveys in echelon and scientific ＆ effective data.
