农村中小学教师远程培训的问题与对策分析

摘　　要：远程培训顺应了农村中小学教师继续教育的需要,总体发展迅速,但地区差距较大。要解决农村中小学教师远程教育培训中存在的诸多困难与问题,需要政府职能管理部门、远程培训机构及教师个人三者之间的协同配合,为广大农村中小学教师专业化成长和终身学习构建一个优势互补、资源共享的平台。Training models of distance education are adjusted to the need of teacher＇ continuing education, but big gaps exist between regions. The paper analyses a multitude of problems and difficulties existing in distance education, and puts forward suggestions in order to further promote distance education for rural teachers.
