摘 要:目的了解初中学生英语学习焦虑及与英语成绩的相关性,提出相应对策和建议。方法采用Horwitz(1986)的外语课堂焦虑量表(FLCAS),对新乡市400名初中生进行问卷调查和相关研究。结果初中生英语学习焦虑均值为2.969 0。男女生在英语课堂学习焦虑4个维度中交际畏惧和负评价恐惧两个方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),初中生英语学习成绩和学习焦虑中的考试焦虑维度存在负相关(r值为-0.277,P﹤0.05)。结论初中生在英语学习中普遍存在焦虑感,且其学习焦虑和英语成绩呈负相关。OBJECTIVE Correlation between leafing anxiety among junior high school students in English classes and their academic performances in English was analyzed, aiming to provide constructive measures and suggestions towards the phenomenon. METHODS Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS; Horwitz, 1986) was adopted to survey and analyze 400 junior high school students from the City of Xinxiang. RESULTS The average score of learning anxiety in English classes among junior high school students was 2.969 0. Amongst the 4 dimensions of learning anxiety, male and female students showed significant differences in communication apprehension and fear of negative evaluation in English classes (P 〈 0.05). English academic performance of junior high school students was negatively correlated with test anxiety (r = 0.277, P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Junior high school students generally suffer from learning anxiety during English studies, and their learning anxiety is negatively correlated with their English academic performances.
