走向校本管理:高职院校科层管理的困境与超越

摘　　要：随着高职教育从跨越式发展向内涵式发展的转变,高职院校科层制管理的弊端日益凸显,质量问题、特色与创新不足和学术权力遮蔽等问题都显现出来。为此,需要引入校本管理,实现对科层制的超越。从科层制到校本管理的转变需要多个方面尤其是在实践层面的变革,包括调整组织机构、建立开放的组织管理系统、突出人本管理与加快特色课程开发等。Defects of bureaucracy in vocational college, such as low quality, lack of characteristics and innovation, and the issue of academic authority, have been emerging with the transition of higher vocational education from leaping development to connotative development. As a result, school-based management should be introduced in order to reform the bureaucracy system. Multiple reforms especially on practical level are needed to realize the transformation.
