摘　　要：名师李庾南的教学风格是在半个多世纪的历练中锻造而成的,也是在实践反思、宣传推广、总结淬炼中逐步臻于完善的。其主要表现为鲜明坚定的教学思想、开放有序的课堂活动、规范灵动的教学技艺、精细洒脱的教学气派、圆融谨严的师生关系五个方面。这些都是其蔚为"苏派教育"一脉的重要因素。The teaching style of the famous teacher Li Yu-nan has been established over half a century of experience and practice, and it is gradually becoming perfect in the process of practical reflection, public generalization, and summarizing refinement as well, which mainly includes the following five aspects： definite and firm teaching ideology, open and well-organized classroom activities, canonical and flexible teaching technique, delicate and charismatic teaching style, and harmonious and rigorous teacher- student relationship, all of which have turned into the major elements of Jiangsu-style education.
