摘　　要：目的了解青岛市食品中铅、镉、总汞、总砷污染情况。方法采集青岛市的农贸市场、食品商店、餐馆、养殖农户等环节的四个品种122件样品用国标法进行了元素含量的检测,按GB 2762-2005《食品中污染物限量》进行评价。结果 122份产品有8份元素含量超过了国家限量,超标率为6.6%,合格率为93.4%,分别为82份鲜活海产品中4份产品元素含量超过国家标准,1份舌头鱼检出铅超标,1份虾虎2份八带鱼检出镉超标;20份生畜肉中镉检出率为100%,其余元素未检出;10份蔬菜类中有1份茼蒿和1份生菜汞超标;10份生牛乳中有1份铅超标,1份铅和总汞都超标。结论青岛市居民食品中重金属污染的问题较低,但仍有进一步降低的必要尤其是鲜活海产品。Objective To understand the pollution situation of lead, cadmium, Hg and As in food of Qingdao city. Methods One hundred and twenty - two food samples of four kinds were collected from rural fairs, food stores, restaurants and breeding farmers in Qingdao city to detect the residues of lead, cadmium, Hg and As according to the national standard, and the results were evaluated by GB 2762 -2005 ＂ Allowed level of pollutants in food＂. Results Eight food samples were found to exceed the national standard among the 122 samples, the over - limit rate was 6.6%. The over- limit samples were one sole fish sample with exceeding lead, one goby sample and two octopus samples with exceeding cadmium in 82 sea food samples; one crowndaisy chrysanthemum sample and one lettuce sample with exceeding mercury in 10 vegetable samples; one milk sample with exceeding lead and one milk sample with exceeding lead and mercury in 10 raw milk samples. Only cadmium was found in all 20 raw meat sam- ples. Conclusion necessary to further The pollution of lead, cadmium, Hg and As was lower in food of Qingdao city, but it was still decrease the pollution level, especially in the fresh marine products
