摘　　要：通过构建体现医学特色的课程体系、探索适合地方医学院校的见习模式、搭建学生自主学习平台、完善成绩评定方式、积极开展因材施教等措施改革现有教学模式。通过完善教学管理制度、探索学校一医院新型合作关系，完善教学管理机制。通过以上实践，学生动手能力明显增强，教学质量明显提高。Measures were taken to reform the current teaching mode including establishing cur-riculum system which embodies medical characteristics,exploring probation mode suitable for local med-ical college,setting up students' autonomous learning platform,improving performance evaluation meth-ods,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,etc. Meanwhile,new partnership between school and hospital was explored though improving teaching management system. After taking above measures, students' practical ability was significantly enhanced and quality of teaching was improved.
