摘　　要：五年制高职与本科分段培养,是现代职业教育体系的实现途径之一。本文探讨分段培养的基本思路与方法,从多方面对分段培养进行了探析。Staged cultivation of five-year higher vocational college and universities is one of the realization ways of modern vocational education system. This article discusses the basic idea and method of staged cultivation and analyzes it from several aspects.
