农村长寿人群ApoB基因VNTR多态性与行为生活方式的交互作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究ApoB基因VNTR多态性与行为生活方式在浙江省武义县农村人群长寿发生中的交互作用。方法抽样调查并体检农村长寿及对照人群346人,应用聚合酶链反应技术检测其ApoB基因3'VNTR多态性,运用叉生分析研究行为生活方式与基因的交互作用。结果经常吃肉类食品、现吸烟是长寿的危险因素(OR=0.448和0.391,P<0.05);经常吃新鲜蔬菜、经常吃豆制品是长寿的促进因素(OR=2.523和3.444,P<0.05)。ApoB基因的VNTR多态性表现为VNTR的大等位基因不利于长寿(OR=0.208,P<0.05)。经常吃肉食及现吸烟与VNTR基因存在明显的协同交互作用(OR=4.016和4.362,P<0.05)。结论 ApoB基因VNTR多态性与行为生活方式在浙江省武义县农村人群长寿发生中存在交互作用。Objective To study the interaction effect in longevity between polymorphism of apolipoprotein B （ApoB） gene VNTR and behavior life style in rural population of Wuyi. Methods A sampling survey and physical examination were conducted among longevity and control population with a total of 346 residents. Genomic DNA was extracted and used to detect polymorphisms of 3 ＇ VNTR of the ApoB gene by employing polymerase chain reaction （PCR） . Crossover analysis was conducted to explore the interaction effect between the gene and life style. Results Eating meat often and current smoking were risk factors of longevity （ OR = 0. 448 and O. 391, P 〈 0.05 ） ; eating fresh vegetables often and eating bean products often were protective factors of longevity （ OR = 2. 523 and 3. 444, P 〈 0.05 ）. The polymorphism of ApoB VNTR indicated that the big allele was a risk factor of longevity （ OR = 0. 208, P 〈 0.05 ）. Eating meat often and current smoking had obvious cooperative interaction with the ApoB VNTR big allele （ OR = 4. 016 and 4. 362, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The interaction effects in longevity between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein B VNTR and the behavior life style do exist in rural population of Wuyi.
