摘　　要：激励机制的合理运用是现代酒店管理中促进人才稳定发展的保障，人才是企业的基石，这一点对酒店管理来说也是通用的，而培养人才、留住人才的关键在于酒店的有效管理，激励机制的的运用作为酒店管理的一种方法越来越得到认可，双向建构的方法极大地促进酒店本身和人才的发展。The reasonable use of incentive mechanism is the modern hotel management promote the talent guarantee of steady development, talent is the cornerstone of the enterprise, it is also common for hold management, and the training of talent, retain talent is the key to the effective management of the hotel, the use of the incentive mechanism of as a method of hotel management is more and more recognition, mutual construction method greatly promote the development of the hotd itself and the talented person.
