摘　　要：以通信工程专业卓越工程师培养的教学改革实践为基础,以构建校企合作培养模式为切入点,以全面提升学生工程实践能力和工程创新能力为目标,从培养标准、师资队伍、校企合作三个方面,进行系统的总结,探索新时期高等院校工程教育之路。Based on teaching Reform of excellence engineers of communication engineering, the article discusses how to build a training model between school and enterprise cooperation, so as to enhance the students ＇ practical ability and engineering innovation .The article summarizes from the culture standards, teachers, school-enterprise cooperation, it is exploration of the road of new era of engineering education in colleges and universities.
