数控技术专业“六段式”人才培养模式教学实践

摘　　要：河南工业职业技术学院机电工程系结合豫西南地区对数控技术专业人才需求特点,以岗位需求为依托,明确专业定位,加强校企合作,数控技术专业实施了工学交替、能力递进的"六段式"人才培养模式教学实践,取得了良好效果。Higher vocational education aimed at cultivating high - quality skilled talents, and the reform of the talents＇ culti- vating mode is the core to improve its quality. Combined with the demand for talents of numerical control in the Southwest of Henan,the ＂sixstage＂ talent cultivating and teaching mode is proposed. It is the alternation of work and study in order to improve students＇ capacity and strengthen the depth of the school - enterprise cooperation.
