摘　　要：以建筑业实际工作岗位对人才职业能力的需求为出发点,提出了高职建筑工程技术专业基于能力培养的"0123"模式,以"精识图、能施工、懂预算、会管理"为培养目标,从课程体系的构建、培养模式的改革与实践等方面进行探索和研究。Taking vocational ability demand of actual constructing occupation as the starting point,this paper puts forward competency-based“01 23”Talents Training Mode for architecture engineering discipline in higher voca-tional colleges.With“experienced in drawing,skilled in construction,proficient in budgeting,qualified in manage-ment”as training objectives,research has been carried out from curriculum constructing,cultivating mode reform and practice of architecture engineering .
