摘  要:针对掘进机截割岩石硬度变化导致截割电机功率不断改变的实际作业条件,提出了截割进给速度与截割负载相关的自适应截割技术。基于Simulink建立掘进机截割部控制系统模型,设计掘进机自适应截割控制算法,利用AMESim和RecurDyn建立掘进机截割作业联合仿真模型。联合仿真表明,自适应截割技术可以使截割电机工作在恒功率状态,提高了截割效率。The power of cutter motor is changing frequently because the hardness of rock is varying repeatedly in the working field of roadheader. The technology of adaptive cutting operation was put out which the move speed of cutting boom is relating to cutting load of roadheader. The cutting operation control model of roadheader is set up by Simulink. The method of adaptive cutting operation is researched. The co-simulation model is build by AMESim and RecurDyn. It is shown in the simulation result that the adaptive cutting technology can made the cutting motor work in constant power state. The efficiency of cutting operation is increase.
