摘　　要：文章从个人、企业和社会三个维度对新生代农民工职业教育需求进行了分析,论证了针对新生代农民工开展职业教育的紧迫性。接着重点探讨了在我国当前实际情况下新生代农民工职业教育与培训的三种模式。This paper analyzes the demand of the new generation peasant-workers＇ vocational education from the dimensionalities of individual, enterprise and society by demonstrating the urgency of vocational education of the new generation peasant-workers. Then, we focus on exploring three modes of vocational education and training of the new generation peasant-workers in China.
