校企合作中博士后科研工作站发展问题初探——基于南京农业大学相关数据和经验分析

摘　　要：企业博士后工作站(校企合作)是产学研结合的良好载体,也是科研成果转化为现实生产力的有效途径和实用性高端人才的摇篮,但在实际发展过程中,也存在高校的纽带作用被弱化、博士后的引进和管理机制不畅通、企业与博士后科研人员之间信息不对称、工作站专业设置极度偏向应用学科等问题。建议构建三方合作协议,创新博士后招收和培养模式;制定规范的管理制度、科学的评价指标体系;设站单位和博士后双方通过多种途径增进互信;政府、设站单位要鼓励和拓展招收管理学科和外籍博士后人员。Enterprise postdoctoral workstation （ school - enterprise cooperation） is the good carrier of the integration of industry, university and research, and an effective way of transformation scientific research achievements into productivity and cradle of practical high -level talents. But there are some problems in the actual development process. For example, the linking role of university is weakened; the postdoctoral introduction and management mechanism is not smooth ; there is asymmetric information between enterprises and postdoctoral researchers; speciality provision has a strong bias towards ap- plied science. We suggest as follows： building a tripartite cooperation agreement, innovating postdoctoral recruiting and training model, developing a standardized management system and scientific evaluation index system, enhancing mutual trust between enterprise and post -doctor through a variety of channels, and increasing the recruits of management disciplines and foreign postdoctoral staff.
