摘  要:针对中等职业教育在发展中遭受的社会歧视,引发中职教育资金投入不足,教师队伍流失严重等一系列问题进行分析,这种情况阻碍中职教育的发展,中职教育质量的良莠不齐,反过来又加重社会对中职教育的歧视,陷入一种恶性循环。为消除社会对中职教育的歧视,首先应打破中华文化"学而优则仕"的传统观念,为中职教育提供外生支援,激发中职教育的内生动力,努力提高中职教育的社会认可度。The secondary vocational education is suffering in the development of social discrimination, which causes insufficient capital investment. Teachers have flowed out seriously. Both issues have hin- dered the development of the secondary vocational education and can not be ignored. The good and the bad quality of vocational education in turn aggravate social discrimination on vocational education, which is caught in a vicious circle. To eliminate the discrimination on vocational education, Chinese traditional concept culture " excellent learning Shi" should firstly be broken, the secondary vocational education should be followed by exogenous support. We should stimulate internal endogenous dynamics and thus make efforts to improve the social recognition of the second vocational education.
