摘 要:结合高职院校复合型人才的培养要求,对专业英语教师应具备的素质和目前存在的问题进行了分析,提出了复合型专业英语教师的培养内容和途径。一方面要认识到复合型人才的重要性,进而加强复合型专业英语教师的培养;另一方面,专业英语教师本身要努力提升自身的综合素质,即语言教师"专业化"、专业教师"语言化",这样才能真正培养出兼具英语能力和专业知识的复合型专业英语教师。Considering the training requirements of inter-disciplinary talent,we analyze the quality request and shortage of specialized English teachers,and proposed some possible training content and approaches of "inter-disciplinary specialized English teachers".On one hand,we must understand the importance of the inter-disciplinary talent,and strengthen "inter-disciplinary specialized English teachers" training.On the other hand,specialized English teacher should work hard on their comprehensive quality,for instance,language masters specialize themselves and professional teachers promote linguistic competence.Only in this way can we cultivate "inter-disciplinary specialized English teachers" who have both excellent English application and professional knowledge.
