摘　　要：维持与提升教育质量是高等院校永恒的主题。从上至下构建高校内部的教育质量保障体系,是目前高校通用的做法。本文基于自组织的视角,提出了建立专业教育质量保障体系以确保学校教育质量的思路,并分析了构建专业教育质量保障体系的必要性、要素与实施条件。Abstract： It has always been a theme to maintain and improve the teaching quality. It is a common practice to a- chieve this by construction a quality guarantee system from top to bottom. This paper, from the perspective of own organization, proposes to build a profession teaching quality guarantee system and discusses the commensurate ne- cessity, factors and conditions.
