摘  要:根据教育部高职高专人才培养工作评估标准,遵循中医药职业教育规律,构建符合中医药职业教育特点的校内教学质量评估与监控体系,建立科学、合理的校内教学评估组织,采用灵活多样的校内评估方法,开展中医药职业院校内教学质量评估,实现自我评价、监测与调控,在实践中建立了教学质量评估工作的长效机制,充分发挥校内评估对教学工作的引导与促进、测量和诊断作用,注重对中医传统文化的弘扬,加速了中医药类专业的特色建设,增强了教改中的创新意识,不断提高中医药职业教育人才培养质量。A scientific and sound teaching quality evaluation and monitor system in of Chinese medical colleges has been constructed which is based on assessment criteria for talent' s training issued by Ministry of Education, follows the principles of vocational education of TCM, and fits in with the characteristics of vocational education of TCM. This system sets up a long-term mechanism for teaching quality evaluation, which has functions of self-evaluation, self-monitor and self-regulation, potentiates the effect of evaluation on teaching performance, emphasizes promotion of traditional culture of Chinese medicine, facilitates construction of TCM specialties, increases sense of innovation in teaching reform, and promotes quality of TCM talents.
