摘  要:为解决未饱和状态下绿灯末期机动车与慢行交通之间的冲突,针对道路等级相差较大的两相位信号控制交叉口,在机动车信号灯兼控行人方案的基础上,对行人专用相位进行修改,提出了一种新的交叉口信号控制方案,并给出了该方案下行人过街延误计算模型以及信号配时参数优化模型,最后运用VISSIM仿真软件对北京市东直门外大街与三里屯路交叉口进行了模拟分析。结果表明:当次干道行人进口道慢行交通流量较大时,车均延误与慢行交通平均延误分别比实测数据降低约15.6%与4%,方案可行有效。Considering the conflict between motor vehicles and slow mode transportation at signal control intersection which has different lane degrees between the two phases under unsaturated state, this paper proposed a new signal control plan for pedestrian signal light by modifying the pedestrian phase under the control of the signal light of motor vehicles. Moreover, the pedestrian delay model and signal timing optimization model were introduced in order to ensure the security of travelers and eliminate the conflict of mixed traffic crossing this intersection. Finally, the intersection between Dongzhimenwai Street and Sanlitun Road was simulated for analysis by using VISSIM simulation software. The results show that when the signal control intersection has the higher mixed ratio of slow mode transportation, the vehicle average delay can decrease by 15. 6% and non-motorized transport average delay can decrease by 4%, compared with the measured data. This method is feasible and effective.
