摘　　要：针对大学生思想政治教育问题,采用归纳分析和实践相结合的方法,分析了辅导员岗位职责的内容和重要意义。提出通过辅导员家访与特殊群体学生的思想教育相结合、与提升辅导员的工作能力相结合、与寻访优秀校友的成长足迹相结合、与加强优良学风建设相结合、与促进大学生就业有机结合的工作方法。上述方法对于增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性具有指导意义。In view of the problems concerning the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,inductive analysis and practice were based on to analyze the content and importance of instructor duties.New ways of working are proposed in terms of combining home visits with special students＇ ideological education,the promotion of counselors’ ability,the trace for outstanding alumnus’development,the construction of favorable academic atmosphere,and the promotion of university students’employment.These methods offer guidance for enhancing pertinence and actual effect of ideological and political education of college students.
