摘  要:以河南科技学院南瓜课题组培育出的百蜜1号、百蜜2号、百蜜3号、百蜜4号南瓜品种为材料,以蜜本品种为对照,测定南瓜果实中总糖、氨基酸、Vc、水分、灰分和果胶的含量,并比较分析。结果表明:南瓜果实中水分含量从高到低依次为百蜜2号、百蜜3号、百蜜1号、百蜜4号、蜜本,其中百蜜2号与对照存在显著差异;灰分含量从高到低依次为蜜本、百蜜1号、百蜜3号、百蜜2号、百蜜4号,其中对照与百蜜系列的品种均存在显著差异;总糖含量从高到低依次为百蜜3号、百蜜4号、百蜜2号、蜜本、百蜜1号,其中百蜜3号与对照存在差异但未达到显著水平;Vc含量从高到低依次为百蜜4号、百蜜3号、蜜本、百蜜2号、百蜜1号;氨基酸含量从高到低依次为百蜜4号、百蜜3号、蜜本、百蜜2号、百蜜1号,其中对照与百蜜系列品种存在差异但未达到显著水平;果胶含量从高到低依次为蜜本、百蜜4号、百蜜1号、百蜜2号、百蜜3号,对照与百蜜系列品种存在显著差异。Baimi 1, Baimi 2, Baimi 3 and Baimi 4, which were cultured by Henan Institute of Science and Technology pumpkin Research Group, was used as experimental materials. Using Miben as the control group, the experiments detected the contents of total carbohydrates, amino-acids, vitamin C, water, pectin and ash, and LSD multiple comparison analysis was done. The results showed that the order from high to low of water content of fruit was Baimi 2, Baimi 3, Baimi 1, Baimi 4, Miben, with Baimi 2 having significant difference from the control. The ash content order from high to low was Miben, Baimi 1, Baimi 3, Baimi 2, Baimi 4, with Baimi series having significant differenee from the control group. The total sugar content order was Baimi 3, Baimi 4, Baimi 2, Miben, with Baimi 4, Baimi 3 and eontrol group having differences. The Ve content order was Baimi 4, Baimi 3, Miben, Baimi 2, Baimi 1. The amino-acids content order was Baimi 4, Baimi 3, Miben, Baimi 2, Baimi 1, Baimi series and CK had differences. The pectin content order was Miben, Baimi 4, Baimi 1, Baimi 2, Baimi 3, Baimi series and CK had significant differences.
