摘 要:假设柴油机组与台架均为刚体,从理论上分析减震器刚度对柴油机振动烈度的影响,得到减振器刚度越大,机组的刚体运动越大的结论。针对某内燃机车柴油机组台架悬挂试验时所获取的实验数据,计算振动烈度值并评定等级,综合分析结果表明:降低减振器刚度,能有效降低下吊柴油机振动烈度,提高柴油机工作状态等级。Based on the hypothesis that both diesel-engine unit and bench were rigid bodies, influence of the stiffness of the shock absorber on the vibration intensity of the diesel engines was analyzed theoretically. It was concluded that the rigid motion of the unit increases with increasing of the stiffness of the shock absorber. Based on the experimental data in the bench suspension tests of a locomotive' s diesel-engine unit, the vibration intensity was calculated and the intensity level was evaluated. Results of the analysis indicate that reducing the stiffness of the shock absorber can decrease the vibration intensity of the suspended diesel engine effectively, and improve the level of the working state of the diesel engines.
