摘　　要：特色校园文化是高等职业院校教育发展的重要内容,是高职院校综合育人的"软实力",也是提高高职大学生自身优势的重要平台。但是,当前高职院校对校园特色文化建设还有很多不足,其综合育人的功能未能充分发挥,与高职教育的目标还有距离。提高思想认识,融入职业文化,完善校园文化环境,发挥大学生的主体性作用等方面是丰富高职特色校园文化,促进大学生综合素质的重要途径。Featured campus culture is an important content of higher vocational education, the ＂soft power＂ of higher vocational comprehensive education, and an important platform for the im- provement of college students＇ personal quality. However, there are still many shortcomings in the construction of campus culture with higher vocational characteristics, which impede the function of comprehensive education. To enrich campus culture with higher vocational characteristics and improve college students＇ comprehensive quality, we should improve ideological recogni- tion, infiltrate vocational culture, improve campus cultural envi- ronment and give play to the subjective role of college students.
