摘　　要：根据当前工科院校教学模式的现状,结合建筑环境与设备工程专业的实际教学运行状况,提出并尝试了研究型实践训练与理论教学相结合的教学模式,在现有的条件下为学生提供实践环境,鼓励学生自愿参与,合理引导,激发学生学习的主观能动性和专业兴趣,增强了自信心,提高了学习效率,加深了对专业知识的理解。This research according to the current situation of engineering colleges and universities teaching mode, based on the status of the building environment and equipment engineering practical teaching operation status, put forward and try research practice training and theory teaching combining the teaching mode, under the current conditions to provide students with practical environment, encourage students to voluntary participation, guide rational, stimulates the student to study the subjective initiative and professional interest, enhance the self-confidence, improve the learning efficiency, deepening the understanding of the professional.
