摘  要:职业教育教学质量的提高,重点在建设一批教学质量、实践技能、科研水平高的"双师素质"教师队伍。认清新形势下职业教育主要问题,探讨职业教师"双师素质"建设,已成为新世纪职业教育发展的重要内容。潍坊职业学院坚持以提升学院软实力为发展目标,坚持人才是第一资源的理念,在职业教师"双师素质"建设方面取得了一些富有成效的经验。The emphasis of Vocational education quality elevation is building a group of "double quality " teachers who have higher teaching quality, practical skills and scientific research. Recognizing the vocational education's principal problems in the new situation and discussing "double quality" of vocational teachers' construction have been an important part of voca- tional education's development in the new century. Weifang vocational college insist promoting soft power as development goals and talented person being first resources idea, and achieve some fruitful experience in the double quality for teacher.
