摘　　要：基础化学课程是医学专业的基础,其首要任务是为后续医学课程奠定基础。目前医学专业基础化学课程的教学面临课时较少、任务繁重、效率偏低的现实。在医学专业的基础化学教学中,我们尝试PBL教学模式,探讨了其教学过程中的一些基本问题及其对策,可望为医学院校基础化学课程的教学提供新思路。Basic Chemistry course was the foundation of the medical profession. The first priority of such courses was to lay the foundation for follow - up medical courses. At present, Basic Chemistry course of medical profession encountered some difficulties, such as fewer classes, heavier assignments and lower efficiency. With PBL teaching model in Basic Chemistry teaching of the medical profession, some basic problems and their countermeasures in the process of teaching were discussed to provide ideas to solve the above problems.
