摘　　要：科学发展观作为党的理论创新的最新成果,具有深刻的实践逻辑、历史逻辑和理论逻辑。就实践逻辑而言,它是我国三十多年改革开放和现代化建设实践的理论总结,也是着眼于实践中存在的矛盾和问题而提出的新的发展理念和发展模式。就历史逻辑而言,它是几代中共领导核心不懈探索建设中国特色社会主义的历史经验的科学总结,是党基于清醒认识我国所处历史方位而得出的科学结论,也是我们党领导人民实现"中国梦"这个伟大使命的理论指南。就理论逻辑而言,它是由世界观方法论层面、发展规律层面、发展战略和政策层面以及实践层面构成的完整而科学的理论体系。As one of the latest theoretical achievements created by C. PC., the theory of the scientific outlook on development（TSOD） has deep practical logic, historical and theoretical logic. Practically, TSOD is about the theoretical summary of the reforming, open and modernization construction during the last 30 years in China, with focus on contradictions and problems existed in Chinese life, aiming at the establishment of the new theory and model of development in China. Historically, TSOD is about the scientific summary of the construction of the socialism with Chinese character under the guidance of the first four generations leader groups of C. P. C. , is about the scientific conclusion about the construction of the socialism with Chinese character based upon the correct recognition of the historical stage of Chinese development, also the theoretical guidance for the actualization of Chinese dream under the leadership of C. PC. C.. Theoretically and logically, TSOD is about the scientific theoretical system whose contents involve in various levels, such as ontology, methodology, dialectics, development policies and strategies, and practical level and so on.
