摘　　要：以鲜嫩的白花败酱茎叶为原料 ,采用不同的配方研制出 4种不同风味的即食败酱软包装产品 ,可满足不同口味消费者的需求。同时还进行了护绿试验。结果表明 ,用 30 0mg·L- 1的乙酸铜溶液对败酱烫漂处理 1 2min ,护绿效果理想。护绿液以使用 1次为佳。表 2参Young fresh stems and leaves of  Patrinia villosa were used for processing with different formulas,and 4 kinks of instant products of different flavors packed with soft materials were produced which could meet the need of the consumers with different tastes.At the same time,some experiments in the effects of green protection were made.The results showed that the effect of green protection treating Patrinia villosa for 12 min with the copper acetate solution of 300 mg·L -1 was ideal.
