职前与职后教师教育一体化模式效果研究

摘　　要：本研究通过对"顶岗实习与置换培训"模式中的英语专业顶岗实习生和被顶岗培训的英语教师进行跟踪研究,了解顶岗实习对实习生以及置换培训对职后教师专业发展的影响和作用。研究表明,充足的教学实践和积极的教学反思是顶岗实习生获得专业发展的重要因素,自我反思、群体实践和师长引领促进了职后英语教师的专业发展。This research focuses on the study of a group of pre-service EFL teachers and in-service EFL teachers in the mode of ＂taking post for field work and replacement training＂ in order to explore the effects of the mode on their professional development. It is found that adequate teaching practice and reflection play important roles in the student teachers＇ professional development, while self- reflection, community practice and experienced teachers＇ guidance promote the latter＇s professional development.
