摘　　要：文章从高等职业教育校企合作育人的现状及经济社会发展的阶段性出发,分析了中国高等职业教育校企合作育人的瓶颈及机遇,综合归纳校企双方的职能与诉求,提出了建立高等职业教育校企合作长效机制的建议。The paper from the education status of the college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education as well as the stage of economic and social development,analyzes the bottleneck and opportunities of Chinese higher vocational education cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and summarizes result on both sides of the functions and demands,presenting the proposal to establish long-efficiency mechanism of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education.
