摘 要:研究吐温-80协同酶法提取桑叶总黄酮。采用单因素实验和正交实验确定吐温-80协同酶法提取桑叶总黄酮的工艺,并与不加表面活性剂提取进行比较。结果表明吐温-80协同酶法提取工艺为吐温-80的质量浓度为1%,纤维素酶液125mL,温度为50℃,提取时间为1.5h,桑叶总黄酮的得率为2.467%,而同等条件下不加吐温-80的得率为1.718%。故吐温-80在酶法提取桑叶总黄酮中具有显著的增溶作用。The extraction of total flvonoids from mulberry leaves with Tween-80 synergistic method was researched in this paper.Using the single factor experiment and orthogonal test to decide the method that in the Tween-80 synergistic method extract total flvonoids from mulberry leaves,and also compare it with the extraction without the surfactant.The results showed that in the extraction process about Tween-80 synergistic method Tween-80' s mass concentration was 1%, volume of solvent was 125mL, temperature was 50~C, extraction time was L5h.And with this method, the extraction yield of toal fiavonoids from mulberry leaves was 2.46"/%, and in the same condition,without the Tween-80,the yield of it was ].?]8%.Thus Tween-80 increase the yield of total fiavonoids from mulberry leaves significantly.
