高职院校社会服务遭遇的障碍及其跨越

摘　　要：服务区域经济社会发展是高职院校的重要职能,当前高职院校社会服务在观念认识、服务能力、时空局限、经费开支、活动模式等方面存在的困难与矛盾,阻碍了深入开展社会服务活动的步伐与进程。研究认为,高职院校要想优质、高效地开展社会服务,必须正视障碍,提高认识,加强能力建设,灵活多样地开展活动;校企深度融合,追求多赢;紧密结合实际需要,因地制宜选准服务对象和服务项目;跨越障碍,提升服务质量,强化服务效果,更好地服务于区域经济社会发展。It is an important function of higher vocational colleges to serve the regional economy and social development. At present, there are difficulties and contradictions existing in current social service of higher vocational college in the understanding of the concept, service ability, the limitations of time and space, expenditure, activity patterns and so on, hampered the pace and process of carrying out social service activities. The author thought that higher vocational colleges need to face the barriers, improving understanding, strengthening the ability construction, flexibly conducting activities if the college want to develop high-quality and efficient social services ; make integration of schools and enterprises, pursuit win-win; combine with actual need to suit one＇s measures to local conditions, choose the service objects and service project; go beyond the barriers, improve service quality, strengthen the service effect in order to better serve the regional economic and social development.
